Lead PrivacyPro implementations for new customers: manage project timelines, coordinate stakeholders, configure software, run training, track project documentation, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot, and support firmware across multiple RFID reader models; contribute to and review code across varied languages; produce field support documentation; collaborate closely with hardware, product, and support teams; improve RFID device-control and performance-sensitive scanning code.
