The Pricing Analyst generates and reviews customer quotes, analyzes pricing and margins, identifies pricing improvements and inconsistencies, maintains pricing tables, and supports quoting systems. The role collaborates with Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, Quality, Finance, and plant leadership to develop competitive prices aligned with customer specifications, market conditions, and financial objectives.

Serves as a technical subject matter expert for engineering applications and workflows. Troubleshoots complex issues, analyzes root causes, supports testing, upgrades, releases, and enhancements, and improves engineering process efficiency, standardization, automation, and data quality. Partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, and business stakeholders, documents incidents and solutions, mentors users, and contributes to implementation and project initiatives.

Governs and optimizes BlueScope’s engineering application portfolio, including licensing, renewals, vendor relationships, adoption, lifecycle planning, and business value analysis. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, technology, procurement, security, finance, and vendors to improve application performance, workflows, automation, standardization, compliance, and technology ROI. Supports business cases and recommendations for application enhancement, consolidation, replacement, or retirement.
