Clarifies low- and medium-complexity builder orders for completeness, accuracy, and optimization. Reviews project inputs in proprietary modeling software, coordinates with Engineering, supports Project Management with scope and change finalization, and provides technical guidance to customers and vendors. The role requires interpreting architectural and structural drawings while promoting quality, safety, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

Creates and manages production schedules across multiple manufacturing processes to meet customer ship dates, balance workload, optimize equipment capacity, and maintain material flow. Coordinates with manufacturing, customer service, procurement, and supply chain teams; adjusts schedules for changing priorities; tracks productivity, inventory, costs, scrap, overtime, and throughput. Supports SAP production records, coil inventory counts, order amendments, delivery assistance requests, and coil claims.

Leads safe, efficient production across NF downstream recycling operations. Oversees planning, throughput, recovery, quality, equipment reliability, KPI performance, corrective actions, and operational improvements. Develops supervisors and frontline leaders through coaching, performance management, and succession planning. Coordinates with maintenance, safety, quality, and commercial teams while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards. Requires advanced heavy equipment expertise and strong scrap or heavy industrial operations leadership.
