Provide regional IT support by installing, maintaining, and monitoring hardware and software; manage site assets and inventory; triage Service Pro requests; load authorized software; place requisitions; coordinate tasks and collaborate on technology deployments.

Design and analyze structural members and connections, ensure building structural integrity and safety, coordinate projects, meet design schedules, collaborate with manufacturing and project teams, provide technical assistance to customers, and develop product and procedure knowledge.

Support and clarify builder orders, prepare detailed project descriptions for Engineering, coordinate activities in the Vision model, provide technical expertise to customers, and drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality, and safety throughout project lifecycle.
