Coordinates design-build and preconstruction projects before engineering begins. Develops project requirements, CAD permit and anchor bolt drawings, and manages drawing sets. Collaborates with customers, contractors, engineers, architects, production teams, and internal stakeholders to verify information, support structural design, conduct constructability and value-engineering reviews, and provide technical expertise. Focuses on continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality, safety, and meeting customer design-service needs.

Maintains ISO-compliant quality systems, improves coil coating process quality and yield, controls calibration, analyzes nonconforming materials and process data, develops procedures and quality reports, supports audits and contract reviews, and leads vendor claim, customer complaint, and continuous improvement investigations.

Manage the design, testing, development, modification, and technical definition of building products. Lead engineers and product specialists, ensure compliance with building codes, certifications, quality and economic requirements, and oversee product documentation and communications. Respond to technical inquiries, coordinate customer and supplier needs, secure external testing and code approvals, and represent the company with technical organizations including MBMA, AISC, AISI, AWS, and CWB.
