Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, installs, and improves mechanical production equipment, utilities, rotating systems, conveyors, cranes, and plant infrastructure. Performs preventive, predictive, corrective, and precision maintenance; supports reliability investigations, outage execution, commissioning, fabrication, rigging, and equipment documentation in SAP. The role requires safe work practices, emergency and on-call support, mentoring apprentices, and collaboration with operations, engineering, planning, and contractors in a continuous manufacturing facility.

Clarifies complex metal-building orders for completeness, accuracy, and optimization. Coordinates with Engineering, Project Management, customers, and vendors throughout the modeling process; reviews project scope, changes, and buyout materials; provides technical guidance; and mentors entry-level Clarifiers. The role requires interpreting architectural and structural drawings and specifications while supporting quality, safety, continuous improvement, and cost reduction.

Coordinates design-build and preconstruction projects before engineering begins. Develops project requirements, CAD permit and anchor bolt drawings, and manages drawing sets. Collaborates with customers, contractors, engineers, architects, production teams, and internal stakeholders to verify information, support structural design, conduct constructability and value-engineering reviews, and provide technical expertise. Focuses on continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality, safety, and meeting customer design-service needs.
