The HR Business Partner supports business leaders and employees across the full HR lifecycle, including employee relations, recruiting, workforce planning, training, engagement, onboarding, benefits, separations, HR systems, reporting, and process improvement. The role advises managers on employment law and policies, coordinates learning and development initiatives, supports organizational goals, and contributes to company-wide HR projects. This is an onsite position in Kalama, Washington, with minimal travel.

Performs structural design, engineering analysis, project coordination, and modeling for building projects. Designs members and connections for detailing and manufacturing, supports structural integrity and safety, meets customer design schedules, collaborates with project teams, provides technical assistance, and contributes to cost-effective solutions and continuous improvement.
