Teams at Blueprint Expansion

Own end-to-end deployment of AI agents for enterprise customers, including discovery, workflow and agent architecture, integrations, coding, prompt engineering, data pipelines, debugging, and optimization. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, support pre-sales proofs of concept, translate customer needs into product improvements, and create reusable implementation playbooks. The role combines hands-on software engineering with customer-facing technical consulting in a SaaS environment.

Own expansion revenue across a strategic book of existing B2B SaaS accounts. Drive adoption and upsell of Nitro, premium support, additional seats, and other products across teams and subsidiaries. Build executive relationships, develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, manage expansion pipelines and forecasts, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to deliver customer outcomes and achieve expansion quotas.

Generate new business through targeted outbound prospecting, build and manage a sales pipeline, and own the full sales cycle through contract signing. Sell complex risk-financing technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise buyers, particularly C-suite finance and risk executives. Lead deal strategy, articulate financial and strategic value, and collaborate with Risk Solutions experts on bespoke, data-driven proposals.
