Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise SaaS implementations ($200K-$1M+ ACV). Serve as primary relationship owner for multiple accounts, lead project planning, scope and risk management, drive executive governance, provide technical solution guidance on integrations and APIs, manage data migration and UAT, and mentor delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget go-lives and successful handoffs to Customer Success.

Support product marketing across FedEx Digital Solutions by developing messaging, positioning, sales and customer-facing materials, and case studies. Partner with Product, Sales, Enablement and cross-functional teams to translate technical product capabilities into clear value stories, build market/customer understanding, and support vertical and portfolio priorities (commerce, visibility, trade, data, developer tools).

Lead technical design workshops and architect end-to-end integrations and data migrations for enterprise Rocketlane implementations. Translate business requirements into implementable integration and configuration designs, produce technical specs and migration plans, advise on integration platforms and authentication patterns, and mentor internal implementation teams.
