Manage global customer support quality by performing coaching, case reviews, escalations, audits, and metric monitoring. Improve support content, processes, and AI-enabled workflows (Copilot/agent-assist), analyze case and feedback data to drive improvements, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent, compliant customer experiences at scale.

Design, develop, and support Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Azure SQL objects, and Power BI reports. Integrate solutions with enterprise systems, gather stakeholder requirements, apply ALM/security/governance practices, troubleshoot and maintain applications, and deliver solutions on schedule in a hybrid work model.
