Coordinate business guest credential onboarding, offboarding, renewals, and end dates. Serve as the primary contact for credential inquiries, maintain accurate records and tracking reports, monitor shared inboxes, assist with basic access and IT needs, and coordinate device requests, distribution, and returns. The role also involves stakeholder communication, request follow-through, confidential information handling, and other administrative operational tasks in a remote environment.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data engineering systems, pipelines, and migration workflows using Python, SQL, and Apache Spark. Perform data validation, reconciliation, quality assurance, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Translate requirements into technical solutions, document migration procedures, and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable data products supporting cybersecurity and lawful data access initiatives.

Provides Tier 3 support and development for business-critical applications, telemetry services, monitoring platforms, and infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities include C#/.NET development, SQL Server administration, production troubleshooting, incident response, deployments, automation, observability, database performance, disaster recovery, and technical documentation. Collaborates with engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to restore services, identify root causes, improve reliability, and maintain secure production environments.
