Teams at Blueprint

Develop and maintain software primarily in Python, C, and C++ across Windows systems, developer platforms, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered engineering environments. Build automation, developer tools, agentic systems, testing and program-analysis solutions, and scalable distributed services. Troubleshoot complex systems, perform testing and debugging, and collaborate with engineers and researchers to turn experimental concepts into practical software. The role is onsite in Redmond, Washington.

Coordinate Agile execution for engineering systems, including sprint ceremonies, backlog health, capacity, milestones, risks, dependencies, and blockers. Maintain work-management documentation, dashboards, action logs, and delivery tracking. Coordinate meetings and stakeholder communication across engineering, product, QA, creative, and leadership teams. Support release readiness, testing, bug tracking, validation plans, changelogs, and escalation of cross-team issues.

Supports digital content publishing, ingestion, maintenance, and quality assurance while developing automated workflows and internal tools. Coordinates with content, design, engineering, localization, and vendor teams; validates metadata, accessibility, formatting, and compliance; maintains operational documentation and trackers; and builds scripts, batch-processing tools, dashboards, and validation workflows using Python, PowerShell, APIs, and related technologies.
