Manage key customer accounts internally for care home products, consumables, and furniture. Support National Account Managers through customer service, quotations, pricing, tenders, reporting, upselling, cross-selling, and retention activities. Maintain accurate customer reference data in NetSuite, coordinate data changes with IT, resolve pricing and account queries, review territory performance, and identify declining spend or product-line activity. The role is office-based in Castleford and requires strong communication, organization, commercial awareness, consultative selling, and customer relationship skills.
