Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to prospective North American clients; perform basic discovery, recommend flexible accommodation solutions, schedule appointments for Sales Managers, meet sales quotas, maintain CRM lead pipelines, and collaborate with Operations, Customer Experience, and Marketing to improve the client journey.

Build and maintain scalable backend services in Kotlin and/or Node.js for guest-facing mobile and web apps. Design REST/GraphQL APIs, write tests, automate pipelines, use AI-assisted tools, and support telemetry and CI/CD in a Kubernetes/AWS environment.

Lead field operations for apartment turnovers: coordinate housekeeping and vendors, perform inspections and minor repairs, prepare units for guest check-in, manage vans and inventory, and provide hands-on support to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
