Conduct outbound B2B prospecting across South Africa, Europe, and the US by researching target companies, identifying decision-makers, and engaging prospects via telephone, personalized email, and LinkedIn. Qualify prospects, schedule approximately 20 qualified discovery meetings monthly, nurture opportunities, re-engage dormant prospects, maintain accurate CRM records, and report on activity and pipeline contribution.

Design, build, and maintain Optimizely CMS websites using .NET. Implement custom modules, templates, and integrations; optimize performance; support content authors; troubleshoot CMS issues; collaborate with designers and stakeholders; document solutions and mentor junior developers.

Conduct targeted research and outbound prospecting to identify organisations needing software development contractors or augmented teams. Qualify requirements and decision processes, arrange meetings for the commercial team, maintain CRM records, follow up and nurture opportunities, re-engage dormant prospects, and report on pipeline and conversions to drive placements and new clients.
