Teams at Bluegrass Orthopaedics

Support orthopedic providers by rooming patients, obtaining vitals and histories, assisting with procedures and post-op care, e-scribing, creating PT orders and paperwork, documenting in the EMR, handling patient calls/faxes, and supporting clinic operations across departments.

Provide clinical and administrative support under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist. Prepare equipment and treatment areas, assist and observe patients performing prescribed exercises, apply basic treatments (ice/heat) as instructed, clean and launder linens and equipment, and assist with patient intake, phone calls, and scheduling.
