Manages customer logistics accounts and LTL operations through dashboard monitoring, service issue resolution, trend analysis, root cause analysis, reporting, and account-specific improvement projects. Communicates with customers and internal teams, tracks project milestones, calculates ROI, escalates critical issues, and develops data-driven presentations and reports. The role is fully on-site and requires strong transportation analytics, project execution, and customer account management skills.

Supports daily accounting operations, month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, revenue and cash reporting, fixed assets, intercompany activity, employee expenses, financial statements, audits, and tax schedules. Maintains accurate documentation, accounting procedures, internal controls, and GAAP compliance while researching discrepancies and preparing adjustments.

Manage the complete billing lifecycle for government freight accounts, including invoice generation, payment application, discrepancy resolution, shipment close-out, documentation collection, accessorial charge validation, carrier payable coordination, rate review, and customer portal management. The role requires accurate reconciliation of high-volume transactions, coordination with customers, carriers, operations, and Accounts Payable, and maintenance of audit-ready records. This is an on-site position focused on contractual compliance, timely billing, and financial accuracy.
