Supports freight operations for contracted customers by tracking shipments, preparing reports, resolving service issues, communicating with carriers and customers, scheduling pickups and deliveries, and maintaining documentation. The role also identifies transit solutions, manages shipment records, monitors rejected or unconfirmed pickups, and partners with operations management to improve service quality and reduce failures.

Provides day-to-day logistics support for managed transportation customers, including freight booking, tracking, documentation, pickup confirmation, issue resolution, mode optimization, and reporting. Coordinates among carriers, customers, suppliers, and internal teams to prevent service failures, identify savings, improve processes, and maintain service-level commitments. Requires LTL and TL transportation experience, strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Lead go-to-market sales for BlueGrace Logistics’ parcel solution. Responsibilities include prospecting, building a pipeline, selling to shipper accounts, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating proposals, maintaining Salesforce records, and traveling to meet customers as needed. The role requires independent outside sales experience in transportation or logistics, quota achievement, strong prospecting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work remotely within the United States.
