Serve as the trusted HR advisor for the U.S. business, managing full employee lifecycle, coaching leaders on employee relations and performance, driving HR projects and change, adapting HR policies for the U.S. market, and partnering with global HR to improve processes and employee experience.

Lead design and implementation of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)/IBP processes for global clients: assess current planning, design operating models, facilitate cross-functional workshops, build business cases, drive change, and support proposals and stakeholder alignment.
