Lead end-to-end implementations of the Binocs SaaS platform for QC laboratories and cell & gene therapy facilities. Manage projects, run customer workshops, analyze workflows, configure solutions, develop testing strategies, train users, support system integrations (LIMS/ERP/QMS), and drive adoption and continuous improvement to deliver measurable operational impact.
