Conducts financial, operational, and compliance audits; evaluates internal controls, risks, financial and information systems, and regulatory compliance. Develops audit programs, performs testing and analysis, documents findings, prepares reports and recommendations, investigates fraud, and tests corrective actions. Serves as lead auditor on complex assignments, advises management, and trains other auditors. Requires a bachelor's degree, five years of auditing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Coordinates marketing projects, recurring reporting, business initiatives, departmental workflows, and special assignments. Prepares reports, presentations, forms, letters, and other materials; manages information flow and confidential records; coordinates with internal teams, purchasing, vendors, and external stakeholders; and supports meetings, events, onboarding, and other operational activities.

Provides blended learning solutions by facilitating technical and non-technical training, assessing learner needs, designing instructional materials, evaluating course effectiveness, and maintaining training systems. Partners with subject matter experts and business teams to address performance gaps, support training plans, and manage administrative training functions. Delivers orientation, job-specific, company-specific, and e-learning programs for new and existing employees.
