Provide telephonic care management for NICU/maternity and other high-risk populations, including assessment, care planning, coordination, authorization review, member/provider education, documentation of medical necessity, and referrals. Promote enrollment in care programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support claims resolution while using Microsoft Office and clinical review processes.

Assist in executing financial, compliance, and operational audits, evaluate internal controls, and prepare reports on audit results. Conduct special audits and support other auditors to enhance efficiency.
