Manage and lead quality control and audit staff to ensure operational compliance and continuous improvement. Develop auditing protocols, analyze quality data, support corrective actions, train staff, manage budgets and projects, and prepare QA plans and presentations for stakeholders.

Perform general ledger reconciliations, prepare and post journal entries, produce financial reports and spreadsheets, analyze variances, maintain work papers, assist internal/external audits, key invoices into A/P, and support special projects and supervisory reviews. Requires use of Microsoft Office and data retrieval tools.

The Premium Coordinator ensures accuracy in payment processing and reconciliations, serving as a liaison between financial teams and partners while adhering to established workflows.
