As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will perform quality audits across various operational functions, document findings, and recommend improvements to training materials and processes. You'll compile data, generate quality performance reports, conduct employee training, and assist with special projects related to quality assessments. Your goal is to enhance quality standards and reduce errors in operations.

The Sr. Provider Relations Representative will provide education and training for network providers and conduct workshops and teleconferences. They will develop educational materials and act as a liaison between providers and agencies, ensuring training needs are met while producing reports for management.
