Provides practical legal guidance on contractual risks, data security, intellectual property, and compliance matters. Supports RFPs, security questionnaires, audits, contract lifecycle activities, legal research, and cross-functional projects while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Information Security, Procurement, and other stakeholders.

Manage the printer business portfolio across an assigned region, driving new business, account growth, revenue, margins, and market share. Lead the sales process from discovery through close, including demonstrations, ROI analysis, proposals, forecasting, and account planning. Build relationships with customers and cross-functional teams while supporting regional sales as a product specialist. Requires extensive production inkjet sales experience, industry expertise, and frequent travel across the United States and Canada.

Leads the FP&A function, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, variance analysis, product profitability, ROI assessments, cost efficiency reviews, debt covenant compliance, and investment and pricing analysis. Partners with executives and department leaders to improve financial controls, identify savings and revenue opportunities, and support strategic business decisions.
