The RAD Developer will build and maintain trading tools for traders, requiring skills in C#, Excel, and SQL while ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Supports month-end close, management accounts, reconciliations, financial statements, audit requests, accounting research, and decision-support analysis. Provides accounts payable cover and helps improve finance processes, data quality, systems, automation, and responsible AI adoption. Requires collaboration with finance managers, auditors, suppliers, and colleagues while progressively taking ownership of financial reporting and transformation initiatives.

Leads practical AI adoption across front-office and technology teams by delivering training, workshops, workflow mapping, and lightweight prototypes. Supports Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows. Tracks adoption metrics, gathers user feedback, improves guidance, and promotes responsible AI use within regulated environments. Works with engineers, governance, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to embed reliable AI solutions into everyday processes.

Lead the Technology PMO by establishing portfolio visibility, integrated roadmaps, prioritization, governance, delivery reporting, and capacity planning. Partner with the CTO, Technology leaders, Finance, investment teams, and initiative owners to assess demand, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs. Improve forecasting, headcount and external-spend tracking while providing concise executive reporting and constructively challenging delivery assumptions in a fast-paced hedge fund environment.

Build, deliver, and operate AI-focused DevOps environments across hybrid infrastructure, Azure, and AWS. Develop RAG and data pipelines, MLOps workflows, AI agents, GPU workloads, infrastructure automation, and containerized platforms. Support live, business-critical systems while improving scalability, reliability, observability, and standardization. Collaborate across teams, modernize infrastructure, and implement emerging AI and cloud technologies.

Manage, support and enhance global network infrastructure across on-premises, colocation and cloud. Design and build network products, maintain network security (next-gen firewalls), implement BAU changes, develop IaC and SRE-driven network automation, support cloud networking (Azure/AWS), run data centre operations and manage third-party vendors.

Design, implement, and support hybrid multi-tenant private and public cloud platforms. Deliver, automate and orchestrate infrastructure (Windows, virtualization, containers, public cloud), administer Microsoft 365, integrate security/HA/networking, and provide high-quality platform engineering and stakeholder support with strong scripting and IaC practices.
