Senior Legal Counsel will advise a global technology company on SaaS and software transactions, compliance, privacy, intellectual property, M&A due diligence and integration, global legal entities, and outside counsel management. The role requires negotiating technology agreements, supporting sales and partner transactions, and advising on data protection and open-source matters. It is a hybrid position based in Toronto and reports to the Global General Counsel.

Own and improve the Pigment FP&A system, including administration, data integrity, modeling, forecasting, dashboards, and user support. Build AI-assisted and automated workflows using Python, SQL, Power Query, and related tools to streamline reporting, data consolidation, variance analysis, and repetitive finance processes. Partner with Accounting and Revenue Operations to validate financial data, support close and budgeting cycles, document procedures, train users, and drive technology adoption across the finance team.

Provides first-line technical support to enterprise customers experiencing network monitoring and analysis issues. Responsibilities include logging cases in SFDC, diagnosing issues with network tools, resolving common problems, escalating complex cases, documenting customer feedback, filing bugs and feature requests, communicating status, and maintaining knowledge-base articles. Requires technical support experience and foundational knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, security, virtualization, databases, and REST APIs.
