Supports resident meal service by assembling and delivering trays, preparing and portioning food, managing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, disposing of refuse, and sanitizing dishes and equipment. Follows menus, standardized recipes, food-safety procedures, and departmental schedules while working cooperatively to support resident satisfaction and quality care.

Supports nursing operations and resident care in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include staffing, hiring and evaluating nursing personnel, care planning, MDS and performance improvement participation, documentation review, resource coordination, infection control, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with physicians and consultants. The role requires a licensed nurse with leadership experience, geriatric or long-term care experience, strong clinical judgment, assessment, communication, and management skills.

Supervise direct care teams, administer medications and treatments, implement and document resident care plans, transcribe physician orders, coordinate shift reports, educate staff on policies, maintain infection-control and safety, and arrange replacement staff as needed.
