Provides non-clinical support to residents and nursing staff by making beds, answering call lights, delivering meals, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with laundry, encouraging activities, and reporting safety or care concerns. The role requires dependable teamwork, accurate documentation, clear communication, patience, and adherence to safety and resident-care procedures.

Provide direct resident care, lead and guide Nurse Aides, administer medications and treatments, transcribe physician orders, maintain accurate documentation and nursing assessments, participate in shift reports, educate staff on policies, ensure infection control and safety, and coordinate staffing to cover shortages.
