Provide advanced functional and technical support for Blue Yonder Execution SaaS customers, own high-priority escalations, coordinate cross-functional resolution, mentor junior engineers, publish knowledge base articles, drive proactive monitoring and operational improvements, and collaborate with product/engineering on defects and enhancements.

The Inside Services Sales Representative will drive growth by generating business opportunities, managing accounts, and executing sales campaigns for Blue Yonder's Professional Services.

Drive new enterprise software sales across MEA (focus KSA public sector) by identifying opportunities, building strategic account plans, managing pipelines, negotiating SaaS contracts, coordinating internal resources, and delivering customer value with supply chain domain expertise.
