Oversees PMO governance, delivery excellence, strategic planning, and large-scale implementation execution across multiple geographies. Requires deep expertise in warehouse management, transportation management, and warehouse automation solutions, along with the ability to modernize PMO operations through AI and advanced technology.

Provides technical and functional support for BY TMS transportation management solutions across global customer engagements. Investigates and resolves application issues within SLAs, maintains customer environments and configurations, documents recurring solutions, and improves customer satisfaction. The role also supports cloud-based microservices, integrations, automation, architecture improvements, and stakeholder communication while mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.

Leads implementation of ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities, including Otto, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Agents, and intelligent workflows. Designs AI-powered employee experiences, identifies enterprise automation opportunities, mentors ServiceNow developers, and partners with stakeholders on use cases and adoption. Ensures governance, security, and responsible AI compliance while supporting platform upgrades and continuous innovation.
