Develops and tests high-quality software using clean coding practices, translates business requirements into user stories, leads technical designs, resolves incidents, automates operational processes, and considers security and service costs. Serves as a subject-matter expert, supports Agile team activities, researches emerging technologies, and contributes to stakeholder communication and backlog prioritization, with an emphasis on Generative AI exposure.

Plan and forecast workforce demand and supply (90–180 days), run a TSC control tower, coordinate with sales, delivery, TA and L&D to close gaps, and produce data-driven reports and presentations.

Leads enterprise AI architecture strategy, governance, MLOps, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, security, and responsible AI adoption. Designs scalable AI systems, data pipelines, intelligent automation, and enterprise applications; evaluates platforms and vendors; oversees proofs of concept, architecture reviews, compliance, and resilience. Partners with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable value while mentoring architecture and technology teams and building organization-wide AI capabilities.
