Leads end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, platform development, ITSM solutions, integrations, workflows, and customizations. Manages CMDB, Discovery, HAM, SAM, HRSD, Employee Center, data imports, reporting, and AI capabilities. Translates business requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshoots complex issues, conducts code reviews, establishes development standards, mentors developers, and collaborates with architects, product owners, and stakeholders.

Develop scalable ReactJS user interfaces and reusable components for enterprise applications while supporting Java and Spring backend services. Integrate REST APIs and relational databases, optimize performance and cross-browser compatibility, write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot defects, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with UX, product, QA, DevOps, and backend teams using Agile practices.

Analyzes requirements, designs and develops enterprise Java applications, and owns product modules end to end. Responsibilities include writing scalable Java and SQL, tuning database performance, developing RESTful microservices, testing, code reviews, deployment, observability, production support, debugging distributed systems, and root-cause analysis. The role collaborates with Product, QA, DevOps, and Design teams, contributes reusable components and preventive fixes, and provides guidance to newer team members.
