Lead Workday HR technology initiatives from requirements through deployment and support. Design and optimize HCM processes, workflows, security, reporting, analytics, talent, performance, compensation, and workforce planning solutions. Partner with HR stakeholders, offshore teams, and external consultants to deliver scalable configurations, troubleshoot complex issues, manage releases, and improve automation and employee experience. Use Jira and Agile/Scrum practices to manage delivery.

Lead functional consultant for WMS implementations across the Americas. Design and configure WMS solutions, run requirements and design workshops, define integrations and automation, own data migration, testing, cutover and hypercare, produce deliverables and training, mentor junior consultants, and support pre-sales and scoping activities to ensure timely, high-quality deployments.

Develops and tests quality Java software using clean-code principles and team standards. Participates in agile ceremonies, code reviews, refactoring, CI maintenance, performance testing, incident resolution, and routine service changes. Contributes to component designs, identifies operational issues, incorporates information security, supports teammates, onboards new members, and continuously improves software quality and technical skills.
