Provide Level 1 and 2 support for cloud applications and infrastructure: analyze incidents, implement monitoring, manage network monitoring systems, update tickets and status reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve and escalate contact center incidents.

Monitor and maintain Azure platform health, availability, performance, and security using observability tools. Triage alerts, execute runbooks, validate user journeys, track API/IAM metrics, monitor databases, collaborate with engineering to improve monitoring and escalate incidents to L2/L3. Participate in shifts and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce response times and enhance reliability.

The Technical Consultant will manage infrastructure operations, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor teams, and ensure adherence to best practices in a cloud environment.
