Performs hands-on testing and characterization of electro-mechanical components and subsystems for autonomous maritime vehicles. Builds fixtures, harnesses, and instrumentation setups; writes test procedures and acceptance criteria; collects and analyzes data; documents configurations; investigates anomalies; and collaborates with design engineers and technicians. The role emphasizes aerospace-style verification, safety, traceability, repeatability, environmental testing, and reliability assessment.

Design, develop, and test fluid systems for autonomous maritime vehicles, including fuel, cooling, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, and seawater handling. Responsibilities include system architecture, component sizing, routing, prototyping, instrumentation, development testing, fault detection, documentation, supplier engagement, and producibility support. The role collaborates with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to improve reliability, maintainability, and performance through rapid design-test feedback cycles.

Design, integrate, and test electrical and power systems for autonomous maritime vessels. Responsibilities include control panels, cable harnesses, subsystem interfaces, power distribution, batteries, converters, switchgear, sensing hardware, schematics, bench testing, debugging, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams and contract manufacturers. The role also provides technician instructions and leads electrical safety and FMEA activities.
