Supports full-cycle recruiting by attracting, evaluating, and hiring talent aligned with the organization’s mission and values. Partners with hiring managers and HR, builds talent pipelines, advises on selection, maintains recruiting processes, and delivers a professional candidate experience. The role also supports recruiting events, university partnerships, branch visits, recruiting systems, compliance, confidential data handling, and workforce planning.

Provides administrative and office support, including greeting visitors, managing phones, coordinating office services, ordering supplies, processing expenses, handling documents, supporting tax administration, and running errands. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, client service, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks in a professional financial-services environment.

Supports private wealth advisors by serving client relationships, preparing customized financial plans, developing recommendations, coordinating client affairs, and executing investment management tasks. Leads or co-leads client meetings, handles client requests, supports business development, and provides training to financial planners. Responsibilities include tax, charitable giving, retirement, estate, insurance, education, cash flow, and investment planning while maintaining regulatory compliance and company standards.
