Leads therapy operations across Nebraska, coaching Rehab Directors and therapy teams while managing staffing, financial performance, KPIs, client relationships, quality, and compliance. The role requires frequent regional travel, onsite operational support, and occasional direct patient care. The director partners with recruiting and clinical services to improve staffing and performance across skilled nursing and post-acute therapy locations.

Leads therapy operations across Nebraska, coaching Rehab Directors and therapy teams while managing regional staffing, financial performance, KPIs, client relationships, quality, compliance, and operational priorities. Partners with recruiting, clinical services, facility leaders, and senior leadership to improve performance across multiple communities. Provides direct patient care when needed and travels frequently throughout Nebraska to maintain onsite support. Requires a Nebraska-licensed or license-eligible PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA with at least five years of therapy experience, including four years of leadership in skilled nursing or post-acute settings.
