Leads and coaches Executive Directors across a portfolio of five to six chapters. Provides executive development, strategic guidance, performance accountability, and support for financial sustainability, community impact, member experience, fundraising, partnerships, staffing, and operational excellence. Collaborates with national teams and the Vice President to address risks, allocate resources, and strengthen the broader chapter network. This fully remote role requires overnight travel several times per year for offsites, leadership sessions, donor meetings, and organizational events.

Leads national chapter fundraising strategy and peer-to-peer programs for a nonprofit serving military families. Advises chapters, develops scalable campaigns and fundraising resources, grows endurance fundraising partnerships, tracks participation and revenue goals, coordinates donor strategies, and ensures integrated reporting and stewardship. Supervises the Senior Director of Chapter Support and collaborates with Chapter Impact, Marketing, Finance, Programs, and Development Operations. Requires overnight travel several times annually plus occasional evening and weekend work.

Leads the strategy, planning, and execution of capital and other major fundraising campaigns from feasibility through close-out. Develops campaign cases, timelines, gift-range charts, and stakeholder plans; manages prospect pipelines, pledges, reporting, consultants, and volunteer leadership. Cultivates and closes leadership-level gifts, coordinates cross-functional teams, prepares executive and Board materials, and ensures ethical fundraising, accounting, and governance practices.
