Responsibilities include defining requirements, analyzing failures, improving designs, managing risks and hazards, evaluating components, resolving vendor issues, supporting customers, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with product data and quality management systems. The engineer also provides training, collaborates cross-functionally, and monitors emerging technologies.

Designs and develops pulsed-power products across their full lifecycle, including power converters, inverters, rectifiers, embedded controls, testing, troubleshooting, and production support. Defines technical requirements, improves product designs, investigates failures, evaluates components, analyzes test data, and ensures reliability, compliance, and cost effectiveness. Provides technical and customer support, maintains engineering documentation, and monitors emerging power electronics technologies.

Leads Blue Spark Energy’s international marketing and communications strategy, campaigns, brand voice, internal and external communications, digital channels, website content, events, sponsorships, collateral, and vendor coordination. Partners with executives and global stakeholders to support revenue, profitability, brand awareness, market share, and sales enablement. Tracks campaign effectiveness, develops marketing processes, applies customer and market insights, and translates technical offerings into compelling customer value.
