Lead and execute sales strategies across Hyatt and IHG-branded hotels to drive revenue growth. Oversee key account development, RFPs, pipeline reviews, sales training, brand alignment, and relationship management. Represent portfolio at trade shows and client events, analyze performance using CRM and analytics, and present actionable reports to senior leadership.

Supervise front desk staff and shifts, manage guest check-in/out, resolve guest issues, coordinate with hotel departments, handle room assignments, billing, audits, and serve as Manager on Duty to maintain Hilton standards and guest satisfaction.
