Design and analyze mechanical assemblies for volume manufacturing, perform simulations and failure analysis, create and execute validation plans, test prototypes (bench and ocean), design production and test equipment, and develop supplier relationships.

Design, simulate, and troubleshoot electronic circuits; perform schematic capture and PCB layout; write and debug embedded C firmware; bench and field (ocean) test hardware; contribute to vehicle electrical systems and manufacturable designs.

Manage incoming and production inspection, build scalable quality systems, run MRB and FAIRs, operate the CMM, design inspection fixtures, support NPI, drive root-cause investigations and CAPA, and report quality metrics across manufacturing and supply chain.

Analyze and inventory historical employee, payroll, timekeeping, PTO, and document data in Namely; develop compliant recordkeeping guidance; migrate and organize data into Rippling and other current platforms; reconcile records to ensure completeness; and train the HR team on the resulting systems. The consultant must protect sensitive employee information and complete the project by December 18, 2026.

Own production and incoming inspection operations, MRB, FAIRs, and quality metrics. Build and improve inspection methods, fixtures, and quality systems. Support NPI with CMM measurements, GD&T review, root cause analysis, CAPA, and supplier quality follow-up.
