Develop and optimize deep-learning and computer-vision models for autonomous vehicles in construction and agriculture. Build multimodal models using vision, radar, and thermal data; research methods to improve accuracy and speed; transition algorithms to real-time robotic platforms; and maintain data-processing, annotation, training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.

Lead and own cross-organizational technical programs for ML and robotics platform development, define roadmaps and milestones, remove blockers, align diverse engineering teams, and drive adoption of platform best practices to deliver scalable autonomy and infrastructure outcomes.

Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for complex robotics software supporting autonomous platforms. Design fault-tolerant systems for vehicle control, motion planning, localization, perception, controls, and fleet management. Collaborate across robotics, hardware, machine learning, perception, systems engineering, and product teams; establish software standards, testing, deployment, and validation practices; debug hardware-software integrations; and mentor engineers. The role focuses on reliable, safety-critical production software for autonomous agricultural and heavy machinery.
