Coordinates and develops federal proposals, white papers, capability statements, resumes, presentations, and related materials. Drafts and edits content from technical contributors, manages schedules and reviews, formats submission documents, maintains reusable proposal assets, and performs compliance checks. The role also uses AI tools for research, drafting, editing, summarization, and quality review while supporting business development for government and national security customers.

Develop and support backend services, RESTful APIs, database systems, integrations, authentication, and secure data-handling practices. The role includes writing tested code, troubleshooting performance and integration issues, supporting Docker-based development and CI/CD deployments, and participating in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile delivery. Candidates should have at least two years of backend development experience with Node.js, TypeScript or JavaScript, relational databases, API design, testing, debugging, and secure coding.
