Lead design and implementation of Python-based geospatial data pipelines and ArcGIS solutions; manage enterprise spatial databases; deliver production-quality code with Git; perform QA and debugging; present to clients; translate requirements; act as technical lead and mentor junior analysts.

Coordinate end-to-end proposal development and submission across multiple portfolios: schedule and run meetings, track deliverables, enforce compliance, manage Q&A/addenda, assemble templates and backmatter, handle submission logistics, maintain searchable content libraries, produce collateral, conduct win/loss debriefs, and support capture research and ad hoc client responses.

Deploy, configure, and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise across single- and multi-machine HA architectures; provision cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP); administer enterprise geodatabases; perform maintenance, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and SLA-based managed services; troubleshoot with cross-functional teams; communicate with clients and support business development activities.
