The Associate will manage and execute financing transactions, build financial models, and coordinate due diligence while working closely with various internal teams and external partners.

Manage portfolio and strategy for closed- and open-end real assets funds across net lease, real estate credit and digital infrastructure. Build fund-level models, support liquidity and valuation processes, execute M&A and capital markets transactions, prepare board and investor materials, support fundraising and investor relations, and coordinate with banks, rating agencies, and consultants.

Support senior team members to source, underwrite, structure, and execute CMBS and securitized CRE investments. Trade CMBS in secondary markets, conduct asset-level due diligence, market research, deal negotiation, and underwriting. Prepare investment memos and support portfolio management and asset allocation decisions.
