Own the consolidated G&A month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, prepaid amortization, variance analysis, reconciliations, and controls. Support legal entity accounting, audits, reporting, and cross-functional requests. Maintain a partner investment vehicle’s accounting and reporting, while improving close processes through automation and reduced spreadsheet dependency.

Supports SEC reporting for non-traded REITs, including consolidated financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, 8-K and Section 16 filings in Workiva. Reviews fund administrator and property manager schedules, performs tie-outs, researches technical accounting issues, supports NAV close, audits, SOX testing, and internal board and audit committee reporting.

The role involves serving as a portfolio strategist in the Global Private Wealth business, focusing on real assets, collaborating with sales, marketing, and investment teams, and presenting to clients.
