Conduct outbound telesales to prospective clients, follow up on marketing-generated leads, promote training courses, convert prospects into enrolled students, and achieve sales targets. Build client relationships, address course questions, tailor recommendations, maintain CRM records, and identify opportunities to improve course offerings based on feedback and market trends.

Manages full-cycle accounting activities, including payables, receivables, journal entries, reconciliations, invoicing, month-end closing, reporting, payroll support, audits, and UAE VAT compliance. Coordinates with suppliers, customers, banks, auditors, and internal teams while maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring adherence to company policies and UAE regulations.

Develops and maintains software applications and internal business solutions across the Zoho ecosystem. Responsibilities include building Deluge workflows, custom functions, integrations, APIs, automations, database solutions, and websites; troubleshooting technical issues; managing data, backups, access controls, and documentation; testing and improving applications; supporting and training internal users; and collaborating with IT and engineering teams.
