Provide white-glove customer service and luxury jewelry education in a retail showroom. Build trusted customer relationships, communicate product information, resolve service issues, follow up on communications, maintain showroom standards, and achieve sales and service goals. The role requires strong communication, organization, computer and data-entry skills, schedule flexibility, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Sources and engages passive candidates, builds diverse talent pipelines, conducts initial screens, and provides talent market intelligence. Supports recruiting operations including ATS administration, job postings, candidate communications, interview coordination, onboarding, and offer documentation. Partners with Talent Acquisition leaders across manufacturing, corporate, retail, customer care, and operations hiring while tracking sourcing metrics and improving candidate experience and recruiting effectiveness.

Leads FP&A for Blue Nile, partnering with merchandising and department leaders on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance analysis, investment evaluation, and cost optimization. Develops dashboards and reporting tools, analyzes product and financial data, supports data transformation, and delivers actionable insights and presentations to senior leadership. Oversees functional budgets, monitors variances, and contributes to topline growth and commercial strategy.
