Provide white-glove customer service and luxury jewelry education in a retail showroom. Build trusted customer relationships, communicate product information, resolve service issues, follow up on communications, maintain showroom standards, and achieve sales and service goals. The role requires strong communication, organization, computer and data-entry skills, schedule flexibility, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Supports strategic FP&A by analyzing performance against plans, managing functional budgets, building financial models, improving reporting, and identifying growth and cost-efficiency opportunities. Partners with Operations and Merchandising leadership to deliver actionable insights, scenario modeling, presentations, data transformation, and automation initiatives.

Sources and engages passive candidates, builds diverse talent pipelines, conducts initial screens, and provides talent market intelligence. Supports recruiting operations including ATS administration, job postings, candidate communications, interview coordination, onboarding, and offer documentation. Partners with Talent Acquisition leaders across manufacturing, corporate, retail, customer care, and operations hiring while tracking sourcing metrics and improving candidate experience and recruiting effectiveness.
