Leads quantitative and qualitative primary market research for biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients, including research design, questionnaire development, data collection, analysis, insight synthesis, and presentations. Manages project timelines, budgets, vendors, and client relationships while contributing to proposals, recommendations, and business development. The role requires strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with 3–5 years of biopharma market research experience.

Supports biopharmaceutical consulting projects involving product planning, launch strategy, portfolio planning, disease area strategy, and market access. Responsibilities include research, quantitative analysis, analytical tool development, meeting materials, client communications, and identifying strategic insights and recommendations. The role requires pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry knowledge, strong problem-solving and communication skills, teamwork, time management, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Own the firm’s high-volume contract lifecycle, including drafting and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, settlements, and other transactional documents. Administer Juro workflows, e-signatures, records, renewals, and obligations; maintain templates and negotiation playbooks; coordinate contract terms with internal teams; and support M&A due diligence and equity recordkeeping. Escalate legal and business risks to the General Counsel.
