The Customer Support Representative will assist customers in using Blue J's AI software, handling inquiries, training customers, and optimizing support processes while working closely with the Customer Success Team.

Support accounts receivable and revenue processes including end-to-end billing, cash application, reconciliations, collections, month-end close support, audit preparation, and billing system implementation (Chargebee). Drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

As an Account Executive, you will manage full-cycle sales for Micro SMB accounting firms, focusing on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets through a consultative approach and teamwork.
