As a Software Developer II, you will design and implement software systems, collaborate with peers, and improve product capabilities using various technologies, particularly TypeScript and Python.

Drive new business and expansion across approximately 20 enterprise accounts in the accounting sector. Own complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and signature, closing six-figure SaaS agreements. Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data, develop account strategies, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success. Success is measured by quota attainment, expansion ARR, contract value growth, and pipeline quality.

Manages Blue J’s Toronto office operations, facilities, supplies, security, vendors, health and safety compliance, and workplace communications. Organizes quarterly off-site all-hands events and in-office celebrations, coordinating venues, catering, logistics, and budgets. Oversees shipping, receiving, office access systems, maintenance requests, landlord relationships, office utilization reporting, handbook updates, and expense reconciliation. This fully in-office role serves as the primary operational resource for employees, guests, and vendors.
