Design and test AI-powered tax workflows, evaluate generated tax analysis, and convert tax engagements into structured processes. Implement workflows with accounting firms and corporate tax teams, configure customer solutions, and support quality reviews. Translate customer feedback into product improvements while collaborating with product, engineering, and data science teams. Research U.S. federal tax sources, document best practices, and create reusable workflow templates.

Own Blue J’s integration product strategy, including API, MCP, and partner integration roadmaps. Define, prioritize, and launch integrations; collaborate with engineering on secure, scalable architecture; support enterprise security reviews; write product specifications; and partner with sales, marketing, and customers. Track adoption metrics, communicate roadmap decisions, and translate technical architecture and trade-offs for technical and executive stakeholders.

As a Software Developer II, you will design and implement software systems, collaborate with peers, and improve product capabilities using various technologies, particularly TypeScript and Python.
