Independent consultants provide Tennessee education technical assistance supporting RTI²-A+B implementation. Responsibilities include diagnosing district and school needs, developing implementation plans, facilitating professional learning, coaching educators and leaders, creating tools, monitoring implementation data, coordinating engagements, and building partner capacity. Work is project-based, 1099, and involves regular in-person travel across assigned regions or Tennessee.

Independent consultants provide project-based professional learning, facilitation, instructional coaching, implementation support, strategic advising, program or product design, research, and systems consulting for K–12 education partners. Work may involve teacher and leader development, instructional materials implementation, inclusive instruction, stakeholder facilitation, implementation reviews, and systems change. Consultants manage agreed deliverables, timelines, collaboration, and travel requirements independently.

Leads implementation of Blue Engine education products across Northeast school and district partnerships. Responsibilities include facilitating professional learning, coaching educators and leaders, managing implementation plans, coordinating stakeholders and deliverables, analyzing implementation and student-outcome data, monitoring risks, adapting strategies, and contributing to product improvements and organizational collaboration.

Leads Blue Engine’s Tennessee division and statewide education implementation partnership. Oversees program strategy, contractual delivery, impact measurement, staffing, quality assurance, budget, and distributed teams. Builds relationships with state, district, philanthropic, and ecosystem leaders while generating regional revenue and managing the partnership pipeline. Represents the organization externally, supports RTI/MTSS and inclusive instruction initiatives, and contributes executive-level insight to organizational strategy, product development, and continuous improvement.
