The Finance Manager leads FP&A and business partnering for Global Ingredients and International Branded divisions. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance management, variance analysis, scenario modeling, pricing and profitability analysis, and IBP demand reviews. The role advises senior leaders, evaluates risks and opportunities, supports pricing and promotional decisions, ensures financial controls and data integrity, and mentors finance team members.

Leads enterprise-wide global logistics and customer service strategy, including multimodal transportation, inventory deployment, third-party warehousing, compliance, analytics, order execution, and post-sale support. Oversees global logistics and customer service leaders, budgets, vendors, systems, performance metrics, risk management, and continuous improvement. Partners cross-functionally to optimize cost, service reliability, customer experience, and supply chain resilience across domestic and international markets.

Owns brand strategy and business growth for emerging CPG businesses. Analyzes consumer, customer, syndicated, and financial data to diagnose performance and recommend actions across product, price, promotion, and place. Develops annual plans, marketing priorities, innovation initiatives, packaging, commercialization strategies, and customer selling materials. Leads cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Insights, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and external partners, while evaluating results and adjusting plans to improve portfolio performance.
