The Director of Integrated Business Planning oversees the IBP process, aligning strategy, demand, supply, and execution while ensuring financial commitments and improving decision quality.

Supports international sales operations by managing pipelines, commercial data, dashboards, KPIs, demand planning, forecasts, budgets, rebates, contracts, and partner administration. Analyzes market and financial performance, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders across global markets, prepares leadership reports, and improves data governance and commercial processes. The role serves as a central coordination point between international managers, external partners, Legal, Finance, and the U.S. team.

Lead a 600-person almond processing plant to achieve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and service goals. Oversee Operations, Distribution, Receiving, Maintenance, QA, and Health & Safety; drive continuous improvement, lean initiatives, capital project startups, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership development across the site.
