Owns brand strategy and business growth for emerging CPG businesses. Analyzes consumer, customer, syndicated, and financial data to diagnose performance and recommend actions across product, price, promotion, and place. Develops annual plans, marketing priorities, innovation initiatives, packaging, commercialization strategies, and customer selling materials. Leads cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Insights, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and external partners, while evaluating results and adjusting plans to improve portfolio performance.

Own lower-complexity commercialization and business projects from initiation through completion, including product renovations, packaging changes, and line extensions. Build integrated plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and lead projects through the Idea-to-Launch Stage Gate process. Communicate project health, support complex initiatives, and improve project execution practices across Marketing, Innovation, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.
