This role leads the development and optimization of solid-state anodes, focusing on slurry formulations, experimental design, and collaboration with vendors. Responsibilities include directing projects, characterizing materials, and ensuring safety protocols.

Lead product development and optimization of internal databases and MES for battery R&D and pilot manufacturing. Define product roadmaps, write software requirements and user stories, oversee third-party developers, design UI/data visualizations, architect scalable database structures, maintain data integrity, and serve as primary contact for training, troubleshooting, and documentation across engineering and manufacturing teams.

Lead development and scaling of slurry-based electrode manufacturing from mixing through coating, drying, and calendering. Characterize process parameters, select and validate equipment, establish QA/QC protocols, drive yield improvements, lead root-cause investigations, and translate pilot processes to high-volume production in collaboration with cell engineering and materials teams.
