Leads electrode manufacturing process development, optimization, and scale-up from R&D through pilot and commercial production. Manages process engineers, defines process controls and specifications, improves yield and throughput, coordinates equipment and vendor activities, and drives cross-functional technology transfer. The role also oversees quality systems, risk assessment, technical documentation, capital planning, and organizational capability development while maintaining strong safety and manufacturing standards.

The Senior Process Engineer will enhance solid-state battery R&D processes, manage project equipment, optimize performance metrics, and promote continuous improvements while collaborating cross-functionally.

This role leads the development and optimization of solid-state anodes, focusing on slurry formulations, experimental design, and collaboration with vendors. Responsibilities include directing projects, characterizing materials, and ensuring safety protocols.
