Leads enterprise transformation discovery engagements, identifying and evaluating opportunities involving AI, automation, digital capabilities, process innovation, and analytics. Facilitates research, workshops, and stakeholder collaboration; assesses feasibility, risk, complexity, ROI, and organizational impact; develops business cases, value hypotheses, recommendations, roadmaps, success metrics, and transformation strategies. Partners with executives, product, engineering, service design, and operations teams to prioritize high-value investments and guide initiatives from problem identification through future-state visioning.

Administers and supports enterprise identity platforms across Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, Azure, and GCP. Implements SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, PAM, federation, identity governance, and access controls. Automates workflows using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, APIs, and cloud tools; troubleshoots authentication and provisioning incidents; supports compliance, audits, Zero Trust, cloud transformation, documentation, and security initiatives.

Leads medium- to large-scale IT and operational projects within the EPMO. Develops project plans and transformation roadmaps, manages budgets, resources, vendors, risks, and timelines, and coordinates cross-functional teams. Communicates with stakeholders and executives, facilitates steering committees, tracks performance metrics, ensures compliance, and delivers business and technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
