The Privacy Lead Consultant ensures BCBSA's compliance with privacy regulations, builds privacy programs, conducts assessments, and supports incident response across the enterprise.

Lead federal advocacy strategy to advance BCBSA legislative and regulatory priorities. Build and sustain relationships with Members of Congress, staff, Administration officials, and stakeholders; monitor congressional activity; provide strategic guidance and executive presentations; coordinate cross-functional and Blue Plan advocacy efforts; leverage political resources and partnerships to influence federal policy affecting the insurance industry.

Lead development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing programs and content for national initiatives. Advise and align BCBS Plans through collaboratives, manage agencies and in-house teams, create messaging and brand guardrails, and build scalable frameworks and AI-enabled playbooks to drive enterprise consistency and campaign effectiveness.
