Senior Accountant responsible for journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, financial analysis, variance investigation, audit support, statutory filings, and accounting controls. The role partners with stakeholders on process improvement, automation, new product accounting setup, and compliance with GAAP, statutory accounting principles, and internal policies. This is a hybrid position requiring at least two days onsite weekly.

Manages appeals and grievances operations, including escalated corporate appeals, regulatory compliance, audits, trend analysis, workflow improvement, vendor relationships, and cross-functional initiatives. Leads employees, training, resource allocation, change management, and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring timely, consistent, and compliant handling of member and provider issues.

Leads enterprise talent acquisition delivery, managing recruiters and coordinators while overseeing hiring demand, requisitions, performance, development, and recruiting metrics. Partners with HR, compensation, and business leaders on workforce planning, market positioning, compliance, candidate experience, sourcing, screening, automation, and process improvement. Advises senior leaders and drives recruiter capability, productivity, and operational excellence.
