Leads the enterprise analytics and AI strategy, overseeing business intelligence, advanced analytics, population health analytics, AI governance, platforms, pipelines, and model deployment. Partners with senior leaders to translate complex data into business decisions, improve healthcare affordability and quality, and deliver measurable outcomes. Builds and leads a high-performing analytics organization, manages its budget, establishes responsible AI practices, and communicates recommendations to executives and the Board.

Retains and grows major and national employer health insurance accounts by serving as the primary client relationship and service lead. Coordinates implementations, renewals, benefits, claims, billing, enrollment, IT, pharmacy, and other cross-functional operations. Analyzes account performance and financial trends, resolves operational issues, supports proposals and growth initiatives, manages client communications, and represents customer needs internally. The role also mentors junior Client Advisors and requires a state health and accident producer license.

Maintain and improve websites and apps by editing and publishing content, coordinating digital work requests, conducting QA and functionality testing, documenting bugs, and validating issue resolution. Support enrollment initiatives, audits, accessibility reviews, analytics, stakeholder training, and digital platform enhancements using tools such as Asana, JIRA, SiteImprove, and Google Search Console.
