Part-time tax administration intern supporting the Louisville tax team during tax season. Responsibilities include organizing client documents, tracking paperwork, assembling tax return packages, maintaining client files, following up on missing documents, and assisting with administrative tasks while collaborating with tax professionals and clients.

Manage business and individual tax return preparation and review, oversee client relationships, lead large engagements, and supervise, train, and evaluate accounting staff. Drive client growth through business development, strategic advising, and strong executive relationships. Maintain professional development programs, foster teamwork and knowledge sharing, and communicate firm objectives and policies.

Public accounting interns support Tax, Audit, or Healthcare Reimbursement teams through audit assistance, financial statement preparation, tax return preparation, tax research, healthcare cost report analysis, and transaction-related analysis. Interns receive mentorship, work with clients and colleagues, and may work overtime and travel as needed.
