Supports assigned customer accounts in a beverage contract manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include customer communication, onboarding, product launches, pricing and quote validation, margin monitoring, Excel-based reporting, production coordination, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance. The role also contributes to process improvements, dashboards, automation, and AI-supported tools, with a progression path toward Account Manager.

Manages end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, production coordination, distribution, transportation, and supplier performance. Develops strategies to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, and inventory availability. Monitors replenishment needs, resolves bottlenecks, coordinates cross-functional activities, and leads corrective actions with suppliers and service providers.
