Supports assigned customer accounts in a contract beverage manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include customer communication, onboarding, product launches, pricing and margin analysis, Excel-based reporting, production coordination, issue resolution, documentation, dashboard development, and process improvement. The role collaborates with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams and provides a path toward Account Manager and commercial leadership positions.
