Assigns resources, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, tracks project documentation and backlogs, monitors risks and delivery progress, and reports status to IT leadership and stakeholders. The role also resolves scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and process bottlenecks while maintaining visibility through project tracking tools.

Manufacturing Engineering Intern supporting spacecraft and component manufacturing through root-cause analysis, corrective actions, prototype builds, pilot runs, assembly process development, tooling, time studies, labor analysis, and manufacturing-flow optimization. The intern collaborates with manufacturing, design, and test-engineering teams to improve productivity, reduce lead times, streamline material movement, and develop reliable processes and work instructions.

Supports the development of spacecraft structures, mechanisms, and electromechanical assemblies. Creates engineering drawings, assembly fixtures, bills of materials, and related documentation while collaborating with mechanical and aerospace engineers. Advanced-degree interns may perform design and analysis tasks. The internship is full-time for 11 weeks in Lafayette, Colorado, and includes hands-on exposure to small spacecraft manufacturing and mission services.
