Plans and executes digital, product, brand, advertising, content, social media, and trade show marketing initiatives. Conducts market and competitive analysis, supports lead generation through CRM campaigns, maintains brand guidelines and marketing assets, and develops campaign calendars and media plans. Produces marketing collateral and coordinates events, budgets, logistics, and stakeholder communications. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, project management, travel up to 35%, and occasional evening and weekend event work.

Leads manufacturing engineering strategy and a team of engineers and technicians in a production environment. Oversees process optimization, lean initiatives, product launches, tooling, capital expenditures, line balancing, safety, quality compliance, and continuous improvement. Partners with design and cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues, improve throughput, manage budgets, and deliver scalable production solutions. Requires extensive manufacturing engineering and leadership experience, with expertise in project management, process improvement, and production supervision.

Participate in a full-time summer internship supporting supply chain and broader manufacturing operations. Interns complete functional assignments and special projects, use data to support process improvements and operational efficiency, collaborate across teams, communicate results, and present outcomes to leadership. The role requires a continuous improvement mindset, accountability, safe work practices, and completion of meaningful business projects.
