The role identifies budget and timeline risks, supports mitigation strategies, presents insights to stakeholders and management, and contributes to cost reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance with accounting, organizational, and federal requirements.

Optimizes school bus manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, labor efficiency, and delivery. Provides production-line technical support, develops tooling and process instructions, evaluates product changes, prepares capital funding requests, and implements improvements using SPC, PFMEA, control plans, and root-cause analysis. Maintains ISO 9000 documentation, supports engineering changes, and collaborates across manufacturing and engineering teams.

Leads enterprise total rewards strategy and execution, including compensation, benefits, executive compensation support, incentives, job architecture, governance, benchmarking, compliance, and rewards communications. Partners with Finance, Legal, HRBPs, vendors, and business leaders to manage compensation cycles, benefits renewals, incentive plans, job leveling, analytics, and employee experience across plant and corporate populations.
