Serve as the HRIS business analyst bridging HR and IT: gather and document requirements, map and improve HR/payroll/training workflows, configure and test HRMS upgrades and integrations, develop reports and dashboards, maintain data integrity, support users with training and SOPs, and coordinate vendor and project activities.

Lead end-to-end technical engineering projects for EV and powertrain programs. Create and maintain schedules, manage risks and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, enforce PDS compliance, draft SOWs, and present status at executive gate reviews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex manufacturing and R&D initiatives.

Lead physical integration, validation, and optimization of complete vehicle systems from prototype to production. Plan and execute vehicle tests (durability, dynamics, thermal), instrument prototypes, analyze DAQ data, perform root-cause analyses, ensure FMVSS and safety compliance, and collaborate with design, simulation, and manufacturing teams to tune system-level performance.
