Manage FTA-funded public transit opportunities from RFP identification through contract execution. Oversee RFI/RFQ/RFP activities, contract governance, BAA compliance, cross-functional coordination across sites, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. Serve as central contact among sales, project managers, legal, finance, operations, and engineering; represent the company at client and industry events.

Lead manufacturing engineering team to resolve production bottlenecks, manage CapEx, launch new products, implement poka-yoke and lean improvements, ensure DFM and ISO 9000 compliance, and drive process optimization and continuous improvement for on-time delivery and quality.

Manage and supervise production staff on the shop floor, organize training and onboarding, prioritize tasks to meet production goals, enforce procedures to improve quality and efficiency, evaluate workstations, coach and discipline employees, and support continuous improvement and operational objectives.
