Leads integrated design and procurement project management for the next-generation F53/F59 chassis platform. Coordinates engineering, procurement, supply chain, suppliers, Ford, Detroit Chassis, and body builders to ensure design readiness, technical transfer, sourcing, supplier and material readiness, quality, cost, and launch timing. Manages risks, milestones, supplier onboarding, validation, documentation, tooling, and production readiness while providing leadership with updates on progress, risks, decisions, and mitigation plans.

Serve as the HRIS business analyst bridging HR and IT: gather and document requirements, map and improve HR/payroll/training workflows, configure and test HRMS upgrades and integrations, develop reports and dashboards, maintain data integrity, support users with training and SOPs, and coordinate vendor and project activities.

Lead end-to-end technical engineering projects for EV and powertrain programs. Create and maintain schedules, manage risks and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, enforce PDS compliance, draft SOWs, and present status at executive gate reviews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex manufacturing and R&D initiatives.
