Build and improve HR processes, manage the HRIS, automate workflows, maintain data quality, lead People projects, support HR administration, create dashboards, and operate the Munich office. The role also involves shaping company culture, handling sensitive employee information, and collaborating with international teams across Europe and North America.

Lead complex, multi-country ERP and business transformation implementations from kickoff through go-live. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, customer steering committees, and multiple concurrent engagements. Coordinate technical and automation specialists, lead delivery teams, drive recovery plans, and ensure successful handover to post-go-live consultants. The role requires strong executive stakeholder management, German and English fluency, and experience delivering large-scale programs.

Manage end-to-end SaaS implementations for finance and supply chain customers, including kickoff, scoping, configuration, integrations, testing, budgeting, and go-live. Coordinate technical specialists, manage multiple projects, control scope and timelines, identify process risks, and hand off completed implementations to consulting and support teams. The role requires strong client communication, analytical ability, German and English fluency, and regular travel across the DACH region.
