Lead end-to-end implementations of AI-powered ERP automation products, translating customer requirements into scalable solutions. Manage multiple projects, collaborate with engineering on integrations and technical challenges, partner with sales on implementation plans, and drive customer adoption and satisfaction. Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements while managing stakeholders and ensuring measurable business outcomes. The role requires strong project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus fluent German and English.

Build and ship AI-powered internal tools quickly using LLMs, agent frameworks, and embedding pipelines. Integrate models, APIs, databases, and third-party services; deploy and monitor production solutions that automate company workflows and scale reliably.

Lead and scale the ERP integrations engineering organization from approximately 10 to 50 engineers. Own architecture and standards for on-premise, cloud, REST, and file-based connectors; drive canonical data mapping, reliability, governance, auditability, documentation, and repeatable processes. Engage CIOs, IT directors, and enterprise architects, scope customer solutions, and partner with US go-to-market and delivery teams. Bring deep ERP integration expertise, especially across fragmented US mid-market systems.
