Own post-sale relationships with K-12 school and district partners, including onboarding, implementation, educator training, adoption, renewals, retention, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with educators and district leaders, monitor usage and progress data, resolve implementation issues, maintain account plans and forecasts, and communicate partner feedback internally. The role requires approximately 30–50% travel for school visits, launches, training, and partner reviews.

Own Bloomy’s technology strategy, architecture, product development, AI engineering workflows, data infrastructure, reliability, security, and student data protection. Build across the full stack, operate production systems, improve AI-assisted development and LLM evaluation, and collaborate with the founder on product direction. Hire and lead the engineering team while working closely with educators and school partners to improve classroom usability and learning outcomes.

Serve as Bloomy’s founding engineer, shipping product across the stack, building AI agent orchestration and verification infrastructure, designing telemetry-driven learning systems, and shaping the technical roadmap. Work closely with teachers, students, and districts to translate feedback into product improvements. Own features from specification through production, using AI coding tools while maintaining strong technical judgment and quality standards.
