Second-in-command at an ABA clinic managing all non-clinical operations: scheduling, onboarding, attendance monitoring, facility and tech maintenance, team hiring/training/coaching, morale and community events, budget and financial tracking, and supporting the Clinical Director to ensure efficient, productive, and positive clinic operations.

Lead and manage a clinic delivering ABA services, coaching BCBAs and RBTs, overseeing operations, compliance, scheduling, and performance metrics. Maintain a reduced caseload (2–3 clients), drive clinical standards and culture, partner with families, and support team development and growth.

Provide ABA services including behavioral assessments, individualized treatment plans, data-driven progress monitoring, caregiver training, and supervision of RBTs and support staff to optimize outcomes for children with autism.
