Lead non-clinical clinic operations as second-in-command: manage scheduling, onboarding, staff hiring/training, morale and community events, facility maintenance, attendance and documentation compliance, and track financial performance alongside clinical leadership.

Supports daily clinic operations by maintaining schedules, completing documentation, coordinating onboarding, communicating with families, managing reports and certifications, ordering supplies, and improving workflows. The role independently owns designated operational areas and serves as a point of contact when the Clinic Success Manager is unavailable. It requires strong organization, judgment, confidentiality, and comfort working in a fast-paced pediatric clinic environment.

Provide ABA services including behavioral assessments, individualized treatment plans, data-driven progress monitoring, caregiver training, and supervision of RBTs and support staff to optimize outcomes for children with autism.
