Ensures compliance with US GAAP and Dutch GAAP, manages close activities, reconciliations, consolidations, regulatory reporting, and banking relationships. Partners with global finance, auditors, tax advisors, and international accounting teams while improving processes through automation and AI.

Leads accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, tax coordination, controls, cash management, and treasury for Bloomreach’s Dutch entities. The role owns monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, reconciliations, GAAP compliance, regulatory reporting, audit cycles, tax compliance, cash-flow forecasting, banking relationships, and process improvement through automation and AI. It partners with global finance, controllership, tax, audit, and regional accounting teams in a multinational environment.

Monitor and investigate security events across cloud, applications, infrastructure, and endpoints. Manage SIEM, SOAR, EDR, CSPM, and vulnerability-management activities; improve detections, alerts, playbooks, and automation; coordinate incident response; gather evidence for audits; and collaborate with technical, legal, privacy, and compliance teams. The role requires rotating 24/7 shifts, incident coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and continuous security-process improvement.
