Manage deal structuring, pricing, quoting and approvals for AMER. Analyze financial impact of deals, review non-standard contract terms, govern deal documentation, train sales on processes, and drive process improvements across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Serve as first contact for Loomi Platform L1 support: own end-to-end tickets, diagnose technical issues, maintain ticket hygiene and SLAs, create KB articles, participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, and escalate or hand over with clear context while communicating empathetically to customers.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage relationships with approximately 20 clients, ensuring value and strategic growth through autonomous engagement and personalized guidance.
