Lead full sales cycle for Bloomreach in the DACH region, targeting C-level prospects to win new logos. Build and execute regional sales strategies, qualify and advance complex deals using methodologies like MEDDPICC, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain pipeline hygiene, negotiate and close high-value SaaS contracts, and hand off to account management for onboarding. Consistently meet new-business revenue targets and mentor junior team members.
