Lead accounting operations across seven jurisdictions and ten legal entities in the EMEA region. Manage and develop accountants, ensure US GAAP and local statutory compliance, oversee external audits, standardize processes and controls, and champion AI and automation. Partner with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and HR on close, reporting, and compliance while managing relationships with auditors, advisors, and statutory authorities.

Manage strategic customer relationships and guide clients through digital experience transformation using the Bloomreach platform. Advise leadership and delivery teams, demonstrate business value, develop digital experience roadmaps, promote innovative solutions, and own customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Account Management, Product, Technical Services, Business Services, and Support while sharing customer feedback internally.

Own and grow a portfolio of agency and Shopify system integrator partners across Southern Europe. Generate partner-sourced pipeline and influenced revenue, support joint sales cycles and post-implementation activities, create partner business and enablement plans, and develop revenue-driving marketing initiatives. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Delivery, and Account Management, as well as recruiting and activating new partners. Travel to conferences and partner events is expected.
